Swanzetta is the Owner/Broker of Swanz Premier Realty, established February 14, 2023. Swanzetta has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. She received extensive real estate training and skills as she transitioned from Keller Williams and Fontana Realty before establishing Swanz Premier Realty. Swanzetta realized marketplace ministry is her passion and purpose. Real estate has become the avenue for Swanzetta to serve others by making a difference as she trains, educates, empowers, and makes real estate dreams come true!
She faithfully volunteers with the City of Gainesville and Alachua County SHIP (state housing initiative program) and NHDC (Neighborhood Housing and Development Corporation) to instruct first-time homebuyers on the home ownership process, understanding and navigating the purchase and sales contract while obtaining their down payment assistance certification. “I love working with all customers, but I must be honest my absolute favorite are first-time home buyers. Many think that they can’t but with God they can, and they will!” Swanzetta is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Gainesville, FL. Swanzetta also hosts and instructs home buying seminars and classes.
My decision to go into real estate, like many areas of my life, derived from my faith in God. I believe I chose this profession because of my heart to serve. I strive to communicate with full transparency and professionalism. I give 115% to EVERY customer, regardless of their need, situation or financial status and I do it all with love, integrity, patience, understanding, and guidance from above.
I am a graduate of Florida A & M University with a BS degree in Health Information Management. I also have an MA degree in Leadership and Management from Webster University! I am a blessed mother of 3 children: Isaiah Sr, Jayden, and Olivia, and the grandmother of Isaiah Jr, and one pet dog: King!
My personal loves: God, family, traveling, life, laughter, people, new experiences, food, dancing, and of course real estate: especially assisting you with your real estate endeavors!! Swanzetta also has a love for investing, as she also owns a real estate investment company: JOITS Real Estate LLC, established 2016.
